AHG operates 103 dealerships over 4 Australian states and New Zealand.

The Group has franchises covering 10 out of the top 11 passenger vehicle brands in Australia by new vehicle sales volume which provides a level of protection against shifts in consumer preference. The automotive retail division generates income from the sale of new and used cars, finance and insurance, service and parts.

AHG’s logistics division operates businesses in warehousing, transport and distribution, including:

• AMCAP, a modern automotive parts and associated products warehousing and distribution business;
• Rand Transport, a national refrigerated transport, cold storage and distribution services provider;
• KTM, which holds the exclusive Australian wholesale distributorship for the prestigious Austrian motorcycle manufacturer, KTM Sportmotorcycles;
• VSE, providing vehicle storage and engineering services; and
• GTB (Genuine Truck Bodies), which provides body building services to the truck industry
